Creating distortion through the console or DAW

Today we learned how to use a distortion loop that we can use to create sounds with or add into our audio tracks. By going through different out board gear in the Audient 8024, you can get some pretty cool sounds that you can add into a track or mix. The possibilities are endless to how you can apply this effect. It will work with anything you create and by shifting frequencies Hz's you could tune it into a song or into a guitar track. I am so excited about seeing how l can use it.
