· This morning, Alex the 4EB radio station tech specialist brought in with him an album cleaner, so I could remove the dust off the records, before I digitally transferred the album to the station’s online library. I cleaned the felt up with the little brush first, that is stored in the bottom of the plastic casing. By moving the felt tool in a circular outward movement, I was able to clean most of the dust and particles off without causing scratches.

A Mexico album, showed just how diverse music is around the world. The Spanish influence being mixed with their cultural music, (as I was listening and taking mental note of the sounds and styles of previous albums I had transferred in this series of albums). It's amazing how slightly different they all sound, but yet have similar melodic traits, showcasing how different cultures put their own influences into different regional cultural music. On this Mexican album they added different composers, which was good to listen too.
The composers for the Mexico album were:
Luis Miguel, Juan Cesare, Karl Barthel, Hans Ehrlinger, Ladi Geisler, Victor Cavini, Friedel Berlipp and Guenter Sonneberg.
Other albums I did today, Africa Vol. 2

China, Afghanistan and Tibet
